The Candidate Help section of our Help Centre includes over twenty articles covering all the known technical problems Candidates might experience completing your assessment.
There are links to the Help Centre from within the candidate assessment screens, both on the web and iOS apps. However, we also recommend you include a link to the Help Centre ( https://support.tazio24.com ) in your invites to candidates.
In the unlikely event that a candidate is unable to find a solution to their problem in the Help Centre, they can message one of our Candidate Support Team. We aim to respond to all messages within 15 minutes from 6 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to providing troubleshooting advice and technical support, the Candidate Help section also has useful tips and guides to make sure your Candidates get the most from the assessment process.
