I've forgotten my password
From the login screen click on the 'Forgot Password' link, enter your email address and click the 'Reset' button.
You will be sent an email with a temporary password to log in to your account. Once you've logged in you will be required to enter a new password.
Note: If you try to log in with an incorrect password more than five times, your account will be locked. Contact Tazio support and we can unlock your account for you.
I want to change my password
We recommend you change your password regularly. You can change your password by following the process described above.
You can also request a password reset for Users in the admin portal. Click on the 'Cog' link in the top toolbar and select 'Users' from the drop-down list.
In the User table, select the user and under 'Options' click on 'Reset Password'. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the User's email address. Once logged in, they will be required to enter a new password.
