Employers may ask you to upload a copy of your CV or other supporting documents as part of your interview.
In this article, we explain the process for uploading your CV from a computer and what to do if you're doing your interview on a tablet or mobile.
Uploading from a computer
If you are completing your interview on the website, you will see the screen below. First, select the type of document you are uploading from the dropdown list.
Next, click on the 'Select File' button and a dialog box will open. Select the file you want to upload.
Click on the 'Open' button in the dialog box to select the file and start the upload.
Once the file has uploaded, you will see the following message.
Note: The file uploaded will be renamed using the document type, date and time as the name.
You can upload another document by clicking on the 'Select File' button again.
Once you are finished, click the 'Continue' button to move on to the next stage.
Note: You can upload files saved in the following formats .doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt, .txt. The maximum file size is 10MB.
Uploading from a tablet or mobile
If you are completing your interview on a tablet or mobile phone in most cases won't be able to upload a copy of your CV. If this is the case, once you have completed your interview you can upload a copy of your CV from a computer by adding
'-upload' to the end of the interview link. For example:
