Incorrect Username

If you try to login but get the following error message: 

"Login failed sorry. - The entered email address does not match an existing account." 

Check the email address you entered is the same one you used when you first created your account on Tazio for this interview. 

Note: When you first applied for the job you may have created an account on the employer's careers website or via a job board. This is not the same as Tazio, so you will need to create an account with Tazio.

Incorrect Password

If you try to login but get the following error message: 

"Login failed sorry. - The entered password is invalid."

Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure you haven't got 'caps lock' on.

If you've checked the password and still can't log in, click on  "Forgotten Password?" and enter your email address. You will be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.

Note:  If you've not received this email, check your junk and spam folders as some email service providers can mark automated emails from Tazio as spam or junk.
